ROLE OF THE REGISTRAR FUNCTION
The primary function of the registrar is to track student movement through the School of Aerospace Medicine by inputting accurate and timely data into the Oracle Training Application (OTA) and Training and Scheduling Management (TASM) Systems. In addition to the student accounting aspect, the registrar also schedules classrooms, conducts verifications, studies student data for trend analysis, and produces reports, transcripts and certificates in order to support school and alumni endeavors.
