1. Review AMP prerequisite requirements
2. Request seat through Unit Training Manager to appropriate component Point of Contact .
3. Accomplish necessary requirements and forms prior to application
4. Select AMP course date(s) to attend and submit application
5. Coordinate with unit Commander and Chief of Aerospace Medicine (SGP); medical students should coordinate request with appropriate academic advisor
6. Contact AMP staff for any questions
