2010 JSGMESB Applications
The 2010 Health Professions Education Requirements Board (HPERB) (formally IFB) results are available. The Medical Corps is soliciting applications for the 2010 Joint Service Graduate Medical Education Selection Board (JSGMESB). Applicants may apply for a specialty, start date, and training location that were approved by the HPERB. Please download the JSGMESB application booklet for eligibility requirements, application suspense's, and instructions on submitting a GME application.
Applicants must submit their original, signed "core" JSGMESB application by 3 September 2010. Please note, the JSGMESB application suspense's are firm deadlines. Core applications not received by the deadline will be returned without action. Please plan accordingly.

Applicants seeking civilian sponsored training should forward a copy of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) Training Affiliation Agreement (see below link) to ensure that the civilian institution is able to meet the conditions of the agreement, should the applicant be approved for training. At this time, the form should be routed for informational purposes only. The applicant is not authorized to have the form officially routed or approved by the civilian training institution until after selection by the JSGMESB.
